Ucounts program is more money spent than rewarded

Standard bank ucounts Its know to be as a reward system to its clients. 1 its not free R25 service fee. 2 goals provided will indicate make two payments. Then you do so but dont get the reward. When enquiring their system shows make 5 payments. You then have to take screens shot and go back an forth to still not get the reward. 3 another gain redeem points. Minimum is 20 points to be reward with 20 points. Where is the reward in that. 4 the reward points is converted to money. But this doesn't accrue interest. I dont think its created as a rewarding system at all. But for standard bank to claim back free money from us. Also the account your ucounts is linked You also pay for that account administration. This is in no way helping people but slowly becoming richer. How many 1000s of people is this happening to. Add it up.
