Ucounts Business is a joke.

The whole reason I moved banks to Standard bank is beacuse I wanted to sign up for the ucounts rewards programme with my business so that I could get some money back as I spend quite frequently. Its been almost 2 months of them saying your card will be active in 48hrs. And I've never gotten a call back!! I must have been through the process of going to the bank to use their phone about 7 times because my airtime just gets used up when I try call - all they ever do is put me on hold. I expect them to fix this problem and also go through my bank statement and award me any ucount points that would have been loaded if my account were active when they should have made it.

Secondly how can they open you an account where EFT is impossible on your app. Isn't that the whole point? Banking made easy??

Lastly, I asked them to put a 32 day notice acc on by my personal and business account upon opening. This is also yet to happen.

Standard bank has the worst service.
