Ucount website frustrating

Good day. I am trying to purchase a desk on the Ucount website. I first attempted on my laptop but the site becomes unresponsive at the checkout section after having to fill in the OTA pin. I used my phone and at the checkout section after entering the OTA pin, I recieved a timeout message. I entered the pin within 30 seconds after recieving it. My frustration is that the points that were supposed to be app**** to the article gets locked. As far as I know only Standard Bank can reset the points back to the original amount. There is a technical flaw in the site IF points get taken away but the client cannot proceed with the purchase end-to-end. Having to contact the call center and requesting my points balance to be reset is time consuming and frustrating
