Ucount U can count on frustration

It is so frustrating that an institution like Standard bank would launch an \reward"program which has yet to work for me it is like a team somewhere fell behind of their deadline and released the Ucount program before completing processes. My first frustration was when I initiated my Ucount account and after months of waiting I did not receive my card. Subsequently I phoned in only to find out that my account was closed with no notification. Then I reversed this and started earning points"
