Ucount Sucking Loyal Clients In

I just want to found out if anybody else also started to see a change with the Standard bank Ucount rewards system. This is not the first time.

It seem like they suck you in to get as much of their products and then they suddenly change the rules to benefit themselves when you got their products.

I have been a loyal supporter of Standard bank for more then 20 years, but now that I have as much of their product as possible they do not give me the same loyalty reward points as I use to get. Its is about half of what I got for spending the same amount of money

I have reached their tier "5" with 1275 point (you need to have a minimum of 875 points for tie 5)

I choice groceries as my main points generator. The cap was 20000 points My normal spending is roughly R 20,000.00 on that. I use to get 20000 points on that per month. Now suddenly I get round about 6500 point. Even if I spend more. When I asked them, they said they have change the rules !!! Nobody wants to admit on record that they have change the rule to benefit Ucount Standard bank. Dropping from 20000 points to 6500 points is not benefiting the person supporting them by being loyal. They call it loyalty reward points, but loyal to whom ????

My monthly reward points drop from 30000/32000 per month to 13500/16000 per month, without changing my monthly spending habits. they say they changed it to benefit the client. Ha Ha

That means they first suck you in and when you sucked you in, they change the rules to suit them

The best is stop supporting the places where you were suppose to get reward points. They are all in on this new game. The last months I did not even get any reward points at Dischem ?? You have to phone them to asked what is wrong, if you dont phone, they benifit Best is to support a cheaper alternative Money invested at Standard bank could have been invested elsewhere

Even the R 5.00 / litre benefit have change. The cap was R 1000.00 if you use your credit card. If you put in 200 litres per month, you would got back a max or R 1000.00. Now if you spend R 2000.00 or R 2500.00 rand you get back R 5.00 / litter and then only R 0.30 after that

I was sucked in, sorry to say. This is what I think. Let them tel you now ho is benefiting. Not me !!!! Loosing 50%
