Ucount rewards pathetic service

I have been trying to register for Ucount rewards for over a month. New to standard bank but every time i register for Ucount nothing happnes. Tried the LO0OOONG registration process over the phone twice (Last time 143 April 2019 since they say calls are recorded they can validate). its pathetic for me to think that maybe i was registered and thinking I've been earning points this whole time, instead, I have just been wasting my own money!
