Ucount Rewards or Penalties?

<p>Very dissatisfied with the Ucount Travel Mall. A flight booking was done on 8th July. The passenger details were captured as per my passport (married surname) but the ticket generated was in my ****en name (as per the name on my credit card). </p> <p>NOw, it's my penalty to change my name on the ticket at an additional cost. </p> <p>My suspicion is that from what was captured at the booking phase, to what Ucount sent to the airline - someone made a mistake. I am certain on what I used to capture the details at the time of the booking. </p>
