UCOUNT REWARDS NOT VERY REWARDING

I am quite disappointed to see that me as your customer, do not have the choice as to how, when and where I want to use my Ucount points to deposit into my puresave account. We used to have the option of how many points we wanted to transfer when redeeming them on the online mall - now I see that you have to have a minimum of R2000.00 before being able to transfer any amounts? Why do I not have a choice anymore? This is just as good as *****ing?
