UCount Rewards Details Incorrect

UCount Rewards online service, for some odd reason, changed my cell phone number without any permission from my side. After trying to claim some of my rewards points, the OTP was thus sent to an unknown number. I thus requested them to change the number on their system to my correct number. After going back and forth, their last feedback (more than a week ago) was that their IT team are looking into the matter. This matter has been dragging on for more than a month now and I am unable to use any of my rewards points due to this. Despite me paying them a monthly fee, it seems that they cannot fix something as simple as this and lack a sense of accountability and urgency.<br> <br> The reference number for my call is 782507.
