UCount rewards card not accepted

At KFC, a UCount reward partner, my card error with: \ABANDONED"on the speed point every time. I phoned UCount help line. They reset my pin and said that my card is active. Back to KFC. The Manager let me know there is no such thing as UCount rewards they do not know anything about it. Sorry If the speed point does not take your card we can not help...<br> <br> Back phoning UCount. They tell me I must try again my card is ok must work. \""Tell the KFC manager to contact us if there is a problem\"". Back to KFC. Manager let me know that KFC manager is not allowed to contact UCount.<br> <br> So this is then false advertising that one can redeem URewards at KFC. Call center cannot solve this"
