Ucount rewards card

<p>I want my ucount rewards card for which I get charged for R20 pm. I was advised the card could be ordered but it would be best to go into the nearest branch to get it issued immediately. I was at the Rivonia branch only to be told that they do not have stock and might have on Friday. So apart from paying exorbitant bank charges, paying for parking and my time and petrol there is no card.I phoned your Prestige line and U count rewards department to complain but no one is interested in assisting me. It rather sounds like it is my problem? Never have I received such service from you. I am very disappointed with your non chalant attitude.</p>
