UCount rewards

I need someone to cancel the U count rewards that Standard bank is currently deducting of my account but it’s called rewards and secondly I can’t even use because apparently my account is not activated and I need to walk into the branch ,what kind of nonsense is that ,why was it easy for you to deduct the amount whereas my account is not active ?this is ludicrous really someone my contact me urgently ***
