Ucount rewards

I recently changed jobs and unfortunately due to my salary date being changed I missed my payment for the ucount account. There is no indication of of an account number that payment can be made to bring your account up to date. Unfortunately this months payment was missed again as I didn't get down to changing my debit date. Whilst I fully understand that it was my fault of not informing standard bank of the change, I had accumulated 7000 points in my ucount rewards. Now all is being forfeited because I haven't made payment of R40. Is that fair? To take away R700 (7000 points) due to non payment of R40? I think F.N.B is calling my name cause this isn't the first time of having an issue wit standard bank yet having all my accounts with them including my home loan.

Good day,

NO! I am not satisfied with the final outcome as it seems Standard Banks only interest is not their clients but themselves. Your consultant that called me was very helpful and I do appreciate the effort that he had displayed, however, due to Standard Banks policies, it seems that his hands are tied and rules are rules and *****ing people over is your main priority. So Thank You Standard Bank....For *****ing me over.
