Ucount rewards

It is unbelievable that a Bank does not have rewards cards available at the branch in Secunda for three months now. I have spoken too, complained, phoned etc, received mails back from Standard Bank online to say that I can pickup my card - just to be turned around again (after several long minutes queuing I must add) I am now so fed-up that I will not go back and is in the process of changing banks. I have been a customer for 35 years and holds a Platinum account. You are failing in your loyalty program, please learn from others.
