When calling the call centre they advised me I needed 1 point to get to tier 4. To get my 1 point I needed to have at least R10000 in an investment/savings account. Then they said the balance of R10000 needed to be invested for more than a month in order to qualify. A month later when I called, I was not upgraded to tier 4 saying I still need 1 more point. Now in order to get my point, I now needed my bank statements sent via email, which was done at the branch a few months ago. As well as giving them my email address to send me marketing material. The call centre agent then advised me she would look into it and get back to me within 5 days. That was 10 days ago.
