Ucount reward system - FAIL!!

For three years now I've been part of the Ucount reward system. When I signed up, a debit order of R20 per month was subtracted from my account. Suddenly R240 is being subtracted from my account! I tried to unsubscribe from the service, only to receive a mail asking if they can contact me, that was a week ago. I don't want to be part of the Ucount system anymore and I definitely don't want R240 subtracted from my account every month! In the three years being with the reward system, I only received R180 worth of rewards. <br> <br> All I want is to unsubscribe from the Ucount reward system! I definitely don't benefit from the system, so there's no use for me being a member anymore.
