UCOUNT POINTS ****** AND MUST HAVE 20 000

Hi All<br> <br> Please take note that standard bank has changed the sytem of our ucount points by saying that we must have 20 000 ucount points before we can transfer to our Pure Save accounts, this is not in line with the service we signed up for, and i was not even aware of this change until today when i phonned in to transfer money to my pure save account, the Person that made this changes needs to be held liable, i am not accepting this unproffessional service of acceting my funds only when i reach 20 000 points, when will that be, we only work from month to month, this must change for me, and i wnat to transfer my funds immediatley, I was not even notified, sort your lives out and give me my money in my pure save account.
