UCount points not funtioning.

Standard Bank UCount points do not work at Caltex service stations. Checked my UCount balance online R600 to my credit. Tried for the third time at a Caltex garage over a period of 4 months to put petrol in my car. Card rejected. Spoke to the service station manager who said the UCount cards seldom work. he said he phoned Standard Bank about this ongoing problem and they say it is a ****ch. Said his wife has changed to FNB's Rewards points system and it works everytime. Standard Bank spend millions on their TV ad showing how you can buy camping equipment and fill up at Caltex service stations but the card does not work. This is very misleading to the public and bordering on a ****. Can Standard Bank please explain how and when they are going to fix this so called \****ch"or do we all have to change to FNB?"""
