Ucount Points - no response from customer service/phishing

<p>I keep getting these emails from Standard Bank. I was a bit uncertain on how to claim my UCount Rewards so when I approached Standard Bank having no luck I decided to forward to email to their ********** dept to see if its spam. Still no response. I have tried on several occasions. I am waiting for my UCount points pay out! I want it paid out asap please this is rediculous now!</p>
