<p> I was unable to use my points at Makro on 2 occasions, Available balance was R 334 at the time.</p> <p>I asked the cashier to deduct R 300 which was declined twice, this meant I had to pay for my purchase in full, The only reason that I purchased the items at Makro was due to the R 300 worth of rewards points that I was under the impression that I was able to use.</p> <p>Tried using the card again on another occasion but this time asking the cashier to deduct R 200, and again the card declined so I had to pay for items in full.</p> <p> What’s the point of collecting points if we are unable to use them when needed?</p> <p> </p>
