Ucount - no card delivered since October 2013
I have been waiting for my Ucount Rewards card since October 2013. Since late 2014 so many promises have been made by call centre agents. They keep telling me 10 working days, 15 working days...not sure who to believe anymore. Well, actually I can't believe anyone because my card has still not been delivered since these promises started end November/beginning December. I am at the end of my tether because I would like to use the points I have accumulated. Also, when I add up the money I paid to belong to this stupid \rewards"system"
