UCount is useless if you cannot buy a single thing!

I tried purchasing an item that I could have bought easily else where but I decided to give the UCOUNT mall a try, and do I regret choosing standard bank again! My rewards points and my credit card was billed yet the payment has failed!?!?!?!, after receiving a confirmation SMS that the money has been taken from my credit card, also confirmed on internet banking!, to continue they want me to pay again to complete the purchase?!?!?!? Now, instead of planning receiving my product, I have to email standard bank, take screenshots, make calls, add this on hello peter!?, this is ridiculous!, what a daunting experience UCOUNT rewards has been, SORT THIS OUT!!
