UCount Is a useless Loyalty Program
Want to complain how useless Ucount is. You guys have completely changed the Ucount tiering points and it is now impossible to be on tier 5 without having to have some type of lending product or insurance.
Personally I will never take up any insurance from Standardbank as you guys inflate the premium increases way above inflation.
I don't see any point in holding a ucount. Instead of rewarding customers. Standardbank is trying to make exorbitant profits from their customers.
