Standard Bank you might as well s**** out the ucount rewards program. You claim that you can update info on the app that's not true. Can't redeem the points. You promise vouchers that you can't create via the app. I need to change my phone number can't do it on the app. I even went to a branch of they too failed. I was told that to change a phone number it will take a week, a week what nonsense is that. This is just a big **** to collect monthly subscription for a service I can't use. What a disappointment from a big institution like yours. I don't know how but once I've claimed what I've accumulated I'm cancelling this nonsense as it's no use to me. A big thumbs down
