Ucount Goals & Gains Unfair
Had some Rewards that were pending on the Ucount rewards App. I made a purchase from Makro on Sunday 17th October 2020. The Goal for Makro "Receive a cimplimentary voucher when you spend R250 at Makro, I met that, the App said check back after 25th of October, which is what I did, now it's expired? Why?
Same for the Spend R3000 on your qualifying standard bank card - Which I met, it also said check back after 25th October, which is what I did and it also expired.
Why did I not get those rewards even though I checked back after the said dates
