ucount disaster

This is the third complaint I have registered on hello peter about standard bank. I get the same generic banal we will get back to you answer and NO ONE does. I feel that this a breech of Trust with my bank as I pay R 20 a month to be part of the rewards programme. I still do not have my card and its four days short of four months. Why can't I get the card from my local branch. I have missed my stationary buy out for my kids. Valentines day my daughter birthdays sll opportunity for me to spend my my very own money to buy them a gift. No answers and I feel that this is time for an investigation.
