ucount card

Application for ucount card 12 December after numerous emails and phone calls three months later I do not have my card . They are blaming the courier company but it is unacceptable. I need the card to buy from Makro and I feel they are forcing me to buy inhouse from there ucount mall. I needed stationery for start if school and wanted to use my ucount card fir that. I feel it is misleading advertising if they say we can buy from Makro and yet make it impossible to do so.i also informed them I was lodging a complaint with you and got no response but that was after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I also asjed them not to phone me as I am a principal of a school. I cannot taje private calls in working hours and would prefer it all in writing.
