ucount card

My ucount card was delivered at last. I had specific instructions to deliver the card to my place of work. Tgey delivered the card to my home. No one was there except a six month old puppy who when the card was thrown over the gate no one signed for it. I might add. He chewed it up . Firstly I did get a response but since tgen nothing since my second email and after 10 days still no REPLACEMENT card. How hard is this job. I am so disappointed in my bank whom I have been with fir years. Thus is now ridiculous and another weekend passes and I can't get what I need fir my daughters birthday. Standard bank you owe me big time and you are making promises you can't keep. Four months to get a u count card
