Ucount awards

On Friday I went to Caltex to fill my vehicle up. If you fill up at Caltex you get Ucount points. Both my Blue Bean and debit card did not process on any of the three machines at Caltex, even though there was money on both of them. In the end I had to make an EFT payment from my debit account to the owner's personal account. This means I lost out on all those Ucount points. What's the point of having Ucount if Standard Bank's systems are not working properly probably due to Black Friday traffic? Really tired of shoddy service in this country. Probably going to get a cut and paste generic apology as well.
