I Graham randall phoned standard bank lastbweek Thursday and in quired about ucount point were can I used it I was told at any caltex petrol garage and went to brakpan caltex garage I asked the attendant if they accepted ucount card and said yes I then full the tank and used my ucount card and it was rejected in a code 57 I went to standard bank today and was told I must go to manager at caltex to first register me to use my ucout card that is not my business to register I find it embarrising and dissiponting and I then had to pay out of my credit card and pay more intrest than everand mY service I got from standard bank wasn't very helpful today like I feel I would rather change banks
