Uber driver stuck with no money to work due to instant money voucher from standard bank

<p>I am an uber driver who has lost money due to this standard bank instant money voucher I was transporting an old man on Tuesday this week who decided to pay me with this voucher thing from standard bank assuming it has a pin attached to it which will be sent to me only to find that I have not been sent a pin it has been sent to him right now I'm struggling to get this money I do not have fuel to work due to this I mean its very stupid to send me a voucher number by no pin this thing of yours useless and I urge all people to refrain from using it I have lost a lot of airtime calling standard bank only to be told they cannot assist me all I asked for was the sender's number so I can call him and get the pin now I have to drive all the way from Soweto to Kempton park in order to get this pin I'll be losing more than what I'm going to get I'm not happy about your service and feel its of no use to old people who do not understand that they have to send a pin to us receivers I mean its very complicated for an old man to understand this service of yours because he assumes you will send the reciever everything </p>
