U Counts Unfair practice
I have been a U Count member since 25.7.2013 my account has been de registered on 13 Feb 2018 Card 5 ********** 1 ********** Query Ref ********** I was not aware of the deduction of R22 PM due to many accts I have when I queried I was told my 78,290 points have been expired which is unfair and ******** despite their T&C's I am taking this up with the Ombudsman they can de register me fine but how can they confiscate my points that I have earned I will also close all my accounts (6) due to this why did they not send a FINAL WARNING prior to they just cancelling my points
