U Counts, simply useless

I am trying to get my new U Count rewards card in order to buy my boy a present for his Birthday. I called Standard Bank to assist me since all the branches around the Roodepoort area and including Northgate is closed. My Pick n Pay, Spar and Checkers are opened at multiple centers. Standard Bank simply lifts up their shoulders and say we cannot assist you. You need to wait 10 days to courier a card to you which you will need to pay for. I think Standard Bank has really over reacted by closing all their branches. I really expected more from them.
