U-count rewards useless cant use at KFC

23 March this year I had the same problem after many complaints and embarrassment at long last the problem disappeared and I could use the rewards at KFC. Since then I did not use the rewards card again. Until yesterday and today. Yesterday I arrived at KFC and ordered and the transaction \declined". I was told the problem was my pin. Then went home and on your website I used the \""reset pin\"" function. I got the telephonic code and entered and finalized the \""reset pin\"". There was no confirmation only a message \""Your card is already registered\"" I did the whole procedure once more"
