U COUNT Rewards ? NO I CLEARLY AM NOT COUNTING

Joined u-count rewards hoping to earn some points whenever I spend , unfortunately I have not been earning any points. Apparently there's an issue with the u-count being linked to my bank account. I have been given a ref of - ********** with no time frame as to when the issue would be resolved yet I still get debited for being a member. Anyone else experiencing the same issue ? How can a company cannot tell you when the issue would be resolved ? Weird / strange
