U COUNT REWARDS CARD IS NOT WORKING

I joined the Standard Bank U Count rewards and I pay R20 a month for membership. I have tried using my u count rewards card several times but it does not work. I have phoned the call centre they advised that nothing is wrong with my card. I went to the bank last week to report this we phoned U Count the consultant said there is nothing wrong with my card. When I left the bank I went to KFC and the card still did not work. Today I went to KFC again and swiped the card and it still does not work. I am paying this membership for nonsense as I cannot even use the rewards I am receiving
