U count rewards

Extremely disappointed with their service. Was a loyal banker at their facility for many years... hsd a u count rewards program with them ... in leaving their establishment i earned a total of 500 rands in rewards. Sadly i was not briefed clearly about how these rewards work. On receiving a mail today i called up the call centre only to be told that if payment towards the card is not made for 3 month then u get de-registered and your rewards fall away. I think it is totally ridiculous as these are funds u have received for services u offered and they should be yours to spend whether u leave the bank or not.. just my opinion but very upset that i lost the points after so many years of service with Standard bank.
