U-count rewards

I, was led into a trap by Standard Bank with their U-count rewards. I have been banking with them for years with a cheque and a savings account. Standard Bank called me to offer me a Prestige Banking account with all the fancy promises of U-count rewards if they migrate my existing account to a Prestige account. A promotion was run and I was promised 30 000 U-count points to the value of 3000 Rands if I agree for them to do the migration. Banking fees wil be higher then what I paid for the check account. When I tried to access the U-count points, they told me one of my accounts was note in good state. This was never mentioned when they signed me up. I feel that Standard Bank misled me with a empty promise. I wrote numerous emails to them, however they keep on saying the same thing, and that I do not qualify for the U-count points. I am paying higher Banking fees for a account that do not give me the benefits that they said it would by the time they sold their product to me.
