U Count points *******

I am very upset with the rewards I have been given everymonth. From a tier 3 I am dropped down to a tier 1 how the hell is this possible. I have a variety of accounts with Standard bank. To start of I must pay R25 for a rewards programe and yet the points I get back is not even adding up to R20 a month. This is very disappointing as Banks like FNB give you Ebucks for free. I have been a customer for over 15 years now. Even your call centre doesnt know how to explain this point system. I want to be back on Tier 3 or Im going to cancel it. I also want my points to be corrected to the tier 3 point system.<br> Thank you
