U-Count a ****

Hi, i Took a u-count card last year December and it debits u R20 a month took at the time as I was told when swiping I get points that are accumulated onto the card and I have been swiping for the last year and guess what my point are worth R240 meaning its the R20 that they have been taking from my account I activate my card yesterday just to find out when I get to shoprite cant use it, So to tell the truth they are shady the say Pick n pay ,shoprite ,Checkers Hyper , Food*****s, Clicks ,Makro is where you accumulate points but can only use it at Clicks /Macro /Tiger Wheel and some other funny places .This as far as I am concerned is a **** and I want my money back since its what has been debited from my account and I must say everyone im working with that Banks with Standard Bank wans to cancel, and when sold to me that I could shop at these stores. im am appalled at your service and want my cash back asap and this account closed .
