U count a *******
I am totally ****ed of with standard bank ucount. First of all I sent through an email last month to ucount and no one responded. I tried calling and have to forever be on hold due too no one answering. My points have dropped to Tier 2 for no reason at all, I have many things with standard bank and now you guys rob me of my points. I might as well join fnb and get ebucks for free instead of paying. I want someone to call me from ucount department a.s.a.p
