two payments taken again in one month

<p>Once again standard bank has taken two payments towards a loan account , my rcp installment which is 2381 per month was taken together with and additional stop order of 3871 (which i was told by a consultant was cancelled in the previous month )when I go into the bank to log a request to get a refund I get treated as if I am the one who has done something wrong by the consultant now standard bank has yet again inconvenienced me for a second time they did the exact same a month ago and I had to go into the bank to request a refund because they took 2 payments again today has been a second trip to the bank which I do not have time for my question is when will you rectify this and process my refund. I need this rectified immediately</p>
