Two home owners policies on the same property

COMPLAIN AGAINST STANDARD BANK HOME LOAN INSURANCE<br> <br> Our property 12 HM Swart st was insured on two different policies by Standard bank Homeowner insurance - which is against the law. What make this more unique that the same property was insured at different amounts.<br> The policies involved are:<br> Policy number HLB***<br> Insured amount: R1 846 850.00<br> Risk address: 12 HM SWART ST<br> Secunda<br> 2302<br> Inception date: 2004-07-21<br> Payment details: Direct debit against bond account. The insurance premie did go off account *** (this is correct)<br> <br> Policy number HLB***<br> Insured amount: R 1 237 370.00<br> Risk address: 12 HM SWART ST<br> Secunda<br> 2302<br> Inception date: 2005-08-26<br> Payment details: Direct debit against bond account The insurance premie did go of *** which was a bond on a vacant stand until and was insured under the builders insurance and under Virseker until the 15/11/2013<br> HM Swart str 12 was double insured.<br> We did try to solve this issue at various times but without success<br> <br> The amount involved on the 18 Augustus 2015 is R24 673.68 that Standard Bank home loan or insurance need to pay back to us - this include premies as well as comp
