Two credit cards listed but I only have one?

On ITC it is listed that I have two credit cards with Standard Bank yet I only have one.<br> I lost a card many months ago and my new card should have replaced the missing card but it seems like they just added on a new card. Oddly, they have different balances and apparently I have been paying an installment on both - yet there is only supposed to be ONE card.<br> Where is my installment going to and why do I have TWO cards listed on my name? Surely your staff should know the procedure for lost cards?<br> I need this sorted out ASAP - my home loan is dependent on it!
