Two and a half weeks and going for admin update

Im waiting to sign at my bond attorneys for my mortage. As I didnt take their insurance(which is more expensive than Santam)they had to aprove my own insurance before the contract would be ready. They received this on the 22 nd of April and I was told 5 working days. Im still waiting today to sign, after holding 38minutes for a supervisor,I was told a higher supervisor/manager would call me before 14h00.(anxiously waiting for that). Im also told after this another 5 working days after signing is needed for admin,really. How long can this take. In the meanwhile im loosing on occupation rent, interest on my deposit, sitting with a understandably irratated seller etc. Come on guys, im expecting so much more of a institution that I trust with my company and my life!ref ***
