Kindly be advised that I am still awaiting my feedback. Today marks the 8th working day since I lodged my complaint.
Kindly advice what the problem is.
And kindly also advice why I am being threatened on being blocked if I continue to complain because I see my query is not being resolved. Does Standard bank block customers if they are unhappy?
