Trying to talk to Property in Possession Dpt

I am trying to contact the department dealing with repossessed properties. We have a repossessed property next door to us which has been standing open for 2 months, the garden is over grown, the fence is broken, there are no lights on at night. Due to the fact that we back onto open ground and cane fields this has become a security risk. I have been bumped around to different departments and been given the number of the independent company listing properties on their website. This was the best they could do for me until I told them that this was not good enough and I needed a number within Std bank dealing with repossessed properties. I was given ***Easy Sell. I have phoned twice, sat on the line for ages, been cut off the first time and the second time i had to give up after 10 minutes of no answer.
