Trying to get Forex information - what a joke!!

I need to purchase Forex for an overseas trip. Trying tp contact Standard Bank to check rates and commission is impossible!!

First called the Prestige line - after holding for an extended time I was told to call ***. They can't assist as they deal with overseas shares!! They gave the another number ***, they can't assist either!! I asked to speak to a manager - after waiting an extended period I hung up!!

So for the bank that want to help me go forward - big fail!! Obviously you do not want to speak to your clients so you make it as difficult as possible.
