Trying to get a paid up letter from Standard Bank.
We have a paid up letter from the attorneys that standard bank handed us over to. But Wesbank wants a paid up letter from Standard bank. We have been trying since Feb 2019 to get a paid up letter from them. They send me from one department to the next and I am really getting annoyed with them now. Can you please help? The account number is ***.
