TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

I've been to Standard Bank Trade route 3 times now to close my account which I had for over 8 years. After sitting there for almost and hour I am not helped. <br> <br> I do not see why I have to go into your branch to close my account. Standard Banks ****py service is the reason I refuse to deal with them. I'm with FNB for the past year and I've never experienced bad service. <br> <br> Please advise me how can I close my cheque account and avoid going to any of your branches. <br> <br> Please also note that your call center is a mission to get hold of so do not advise me to phone them, rather let them call me.<br> <br> Regards.<br> <br>
